Water Feature

Does you garden decor include a water feature? It could be something as simple as a birdbath, or a more elaborate water fountain. You might be surprised how adding a water feature will not only generation a feeling of coolness. The sounds of the water as flows and cascades or rushes over a waterfall gives a relaxing, cooling sensation. It will also help to attract birds, butterfies, and other wildlife.

Wind Chimes

We've been sitting out in the early morning and again in the evenings. It is cooler then and most enjoyable. With a light summer breeze we can hear the tinkling of the windchimes while we watch for the hummingbirds to come to their feeders. Other birds are bathing in the birdbath or pond.
